Texas Super Lawyers Magazine: Shellie Reyes, Rising Star, Business Litigation, 2020

Shellie Reyes, Partner of Clausewitz Law Firm, was named a 2020 Rising Star in the Texas edition of Super Lawyers Magazine. Attorneys selected as Rising Stars are up-and-coming attorneys who are 40 years of age or younger and have practiced law for 10 years or less. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected to receive this honor.

In August 2019, Tiffanie Clausewitz opened Clausewitz Law Firm, PLLC, with a mission of providing personalized and strategic services for the Firm’s business clients. The Firm offers business law, litigation, appellate, and estate planning & probate services. Clausewitz obtained her bachelor’s from Texas A&M University in College Station, her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law. A former President of the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association and Foundation, she is the founding Director of the Foundation’s LEAD Academy, a leadership program for women lawyers. Clausewitz, the recipient of numerous accolades from organizations including the San Antonio Bar Association, Super Lawyers, San Antonio Business Journal, and St. Mary’s University School of Law Alumni Association, serves on the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the St. George Episcopal School Board.

Her practice focuses on business litigation, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, and real estate disputes. Reyes has particular expertise in the intersection of family law and business disputes. Recognized by SA Scene Magazine and Super Lawyer’s Rising Stars for her litigation skills, Reyes is a member of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Latina Leadership Institute’s 2019 class.
